I am planning on selling my home and would like some help from a professional real estate broker. How can I get vacation credits through your real estate referral program?

Simply call 1-877-869-9672. You will speak with one of our referral experts who will ask you a few simple questions about your planned real estate sale. If you are eligible, we will then refer your name and information to a participating real estate broker servicing your area who will contact you for more specific information. If you decide to list your home with the participating real estate broker, your WorldMark vacation credit account will be credited with 1,000 premier vacation credits after closing.

I don’t own a home but am looking to buy a house or condominium. Can I get the 1,000 credits through this program?

Yes. Any qualified real estate transaction, whether you are buying or selling, may earn 1,000 premier vacation credits after closing.

If I sell my home through your real estate referral program and then purchase another home using your real estate referral program, do I qualify for another 1,000 credits?

Yes. Whether you are selling your home or looking to buy a home or other real estate, whenever you go through our real estate referral program and work with one of the participating brokers, you can get 1,000 premier vacation credits. Just make sure you call our referral department so we can arrange for a referral agreement for both transactions.

If I list my house through your program, use a participating broker and it doesn’t sell, do I still get the credits?

No. In order to receive the vacation credits your real estate transaction must close escrow.

Are these credits for one-time use only?

No, these are premier vacation credits that are yours to use in perpetuity.

What will be the anniversary date of these additional credits?

The 1,000 premier vacation credits will have the same anniversary date as the vacation credits you originally purchased.

Do all real estate sales qualify?

Generally, any real estate transaction will qualify. However, there is a minimum value your transaction must meet and that minimum is a purchase price of $130,000. Also, this program is not available is some states. Please call the toll free number to discuss your situation in detail.

If I already have my house listed with a local broker, can I get the credits using this program?

No. In order to qualify for the additional premier vacation credits, you must go through our real estate referral program and work with the participating real estate broker. Also, you must be participating in our program prior to entering into a listing agreement with the participating broker. When your current listing expires, you can then qualify by going through our real estate referral program.

How do I know the person you refer me to is professional, licensed and qualified?

Whenever possible, we use real estate professionals affiliated with Century 21, Coldwell Banker and ERA. We believe that these brokers maintain a high level of professional knowledge and service. All real estate brokerages are independently owned and operated.

Am I responsible for any additional WorldMark dues for these credits?

Maybe. If adding 1,000 credits pushes your account into a higher dues range, then additional dues will be your responsibility.

I am a TravelShare member – will I be responsible for additional TravelShare dues?

Yes. If you are a TravelShare member and you are awarded additional WorldMark credits through this program, your monthly TravelShare dues will increase. Please call the toll free number to learn more about your TravelShare dues.

Why are you offering free vacation credits and is there a catch?

No catch. These premier vacation credits are offered to you for participating in our real estate referral program. There are no hidden charges to receive the credits and the rules of participation are simple. If you qualify and participate in our real estate referral program, work with the participating broker and close escrow on your sale or purchase, you may earn 1,000 premier vacation credits. It’s that easy. This is our way of adding another benefit to your WorldMark membership without adding a penny of extra cost to your real estate transaction.

What other restrictions apply?

This program is not available for the sale or purchase of a home or other real estate located in a few states and the availability of real estate brokerage services may vary by region or state. The WorldMark by Wyndham Real Estate Referral Program is a service for the exclusive benefit of WorldMark, The Club members. Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc. is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington license #9640. To be eligible to participate in this program, you must have purchased a WorldMark membership on or before November 5, 2006 or, if purchased after that date, you must be an active TravelShare member. Some transactions may not qualify, as there is a minimum real estate value per transaction. This program may not be available in some states and availability of brokerage services may vary by region or state. This program is available only to eligible WorldMark, The Club members who participate in the WorldMark by Wyndham Real Estate Referral Program, use a participating broker and are active WorldMark, The Club members when the transaction closes. WorldMark, The Club members who initiate contact directly with an individual real estate broker without a referral from WorldMark by Wyndham are not eligible to participate. By providing WorldMark by Wyndham and its representatives with personal information relating to the WorldMark member and his/her home or real estate, each member authorizes WorldMark by Wyndham to share this information with affiliated individuals and entities and non-affiliated third parties in the course of performing services related to the program. All real estate services are provided by independent professional and licensed real estate brokers.
