Online communication is, by far, the most efficient and expeditious channel available for providing real-time information to WorldMark owners. For many owners, the WorldMark by Wyndham Web site has become their primary tool for answering vacation planning questions. What resorts are on Inventory Special? How many credits are in my account? What’s available for Bonus Time? Are there any “Only Space Available” nuggets in August 2009? (Note: If you don’t know what “Only Space Available” is, you may want to attend an Owner Education Class.) When is the next Owner Education Class in my area?

In the last few months, three new features have been added to the Web site: “Hot Spots,” a listing of resorts most likely to have available nights in the next couple of months; a bread crumb feature for easier navigation around the Web site; and a mapping/driving direction feature that allows you to get directions from your home to any resort with just a click. As we grow, be sure to look forward to more communication enhancements.

You can also help us communicate with you better. Our online communication is only as good as the e-mail address you have provided. A current e-mail address enables you to receive instant notification of waitlist matches, reservation confirmations and delivery of the monthly Insider newsletter. To verify that your e-mail address is current, simply log in to the “Change E-mail or Password” section of “Your Account.”

More than 30 percent of owners use the online booking engine as their primary method for reserving WorldMark getaways.
