You may have noticed the availability of new Internet service during a recent stay at certain WorldMark resorts. That’s because since early 2006 we have been testing six locations with a new, high-speed Internet solution that works for virtually all of our WorldMark by Wyndham–managed properties, no matter what their age or construction.

The new Internet service has been offering convenient, simple-to-use, high-speed access to WorldMark owners and guests through the use of a patented device via any electrical outlet in their unit. In addition, the system allows Wi-Fi (wireless) access in the resorts’ common areas, such the lobby and around the pool.

The pilot system proved to be trouble-free and dependable, as well as a popular, affordable option for WorldMark owners and guests.

Now the program is rolling out at 44 other WorldMark resorts, and should be available at all 50 WorldMark-managed properties by the end of fall 2007. Prices are $4.95 daily, and $15.95 for up to 10 days’ consecutive use. For those interested, annual subscription plans may be available in the future.
