The Resort Refurbishment & Design (RR&D) team has been busy continuing to improve your WorldMark resorts. Here are just a few of the latest projects they have completed:
WorldMark Coral Baja Lobby Expansion
Coral Baja, Mexico
Coral Baja recently completed a significant lobby expansion project. The existing lobby was relocated in December, 2008 to begin the construction of the lobby expansion. The new lobby adds 2450 square feet to the existing 1600 square foot space and features traditional Mexican architecture and finishes. WorldMark owners will be pleased with this new addition; look for updated pictures of the completed project to be posted as they become available.
WorldMark Coral Baja Pool Deck
Coral Baja, Mexico
Always seeking to enhance and improve your resorts, the RR&D team also completed a major update to the Coral Baja pool deck. As a vital centerpiece of your resort, this project improved both the safety and the appearance of the pool deck. Portions of the pool deck were removed sections at a time and repoured using concrete with integrated color. The deck was then stamped with a textured pattern and the finished product quite appealing.
WorldMark Leavenworth
Leavenworth, Washington
A complete face lift was recently completed at WorldMark Leavenworth, with new tile, cabinetry, countertops, faucets,
and built-in entertainment centers. Coupled with a new pool deck and exterior paint, WorldMark Leavenworth has never looked so good.
WorldMark Running Y
Klamath Falls, OR
Completed this winter, WorldMark Running Y has been tastefully updated while preserving its rustic charm. New, warm paint colors and fresh carpet invite you in to enjoy the comfortable new sofas and occasional chairs. Serene, nature inspired art adorns the walls to complete the subtle transformation.
